For optimal performance and aesthetics, we recommend cleaning smaller lights at least once a week and larger chandeliers at least once a month to prevent dust accumulation.
Do not rotate or turn any metal or parts of lights while cleaning or open any threading during cleaning. If done so, install back the parts carefully.

Metal

Our steel items are crafted using top-tier stainless steel — SS-304. To ensure their longevity, we recommend regular cleaning with a soft, dry cloth.

Glass

All our glass products are meticulously crafted by hand, using the finest quality Borosilicate Glass. To ensure the longevity and optimal condition of your product, please adhere to the following care instructions:

• Gently wipe the glass with a soft, dry cloth.
• For the removal of hard stains, use a semi-wet, soft cloth and wipe with care.
• Avoid using chemical glass cleaners, as they may adversely affect the glass.
• Refrain from using detergent on the glass surface.
• Avoid the use of solvent-based cleaners, as they may remove colour from the glass.
• Do not spray any repellents or air fresheners on the light that may affect or rip off the colour of the glass and compromise the quality.
• Do not use a vacuum cleaner or duster on the glass to avoid breakages.

By following these guidelines, you can maintain the pristine quality of your glass product and enjoy its beauty for many years to come.

Terrazzo/ Ceramics

• As Terrazzo is a cement-based material, it is suitable to use a wet cloth for dust removal.
• Avoid using a duster or vacuum cleaner to prevent breakage.

Marble/ Alabaster

• It is suitable to use a wet cloth for dust removal.
• Avoid using a duster or vacuum cleaner to prevent breakage.

Lights/ Luminairs

Our primary choice for lighting includes LED bulbs, LED strips, and spotlights sourced from reputable brands such as Philips, Hallonix, Osram, S2B2 and GM. Additionally, we use drivers and controllers from Osram or Lafit. While these are our preferred brands, we are flexible and can incorporate different brands based on specific product requirements.
